  • Demystifying the terms Dyslexia, Autism, Attention Deficit Disorder and Oppositional Defiant Disorder.
  • What you should to do with regards to legislation and compliance
  • Introducing the SF3R approach to supporting Neurodiversity and Neurodivergence
  • Structure in terms of routines and rituals for organisation and meeting deadlines
  • Flexibility in supporting several key traits including inflexibility, impulsivity, frustration, anxiety, mood, and motivation.    
  • Rapport and Relationships including effective communication and active listening skills
  • Creativity, innovation and the positives and advantages of neurodiversity

Fin is one of the leading behaviour and learning specialists in the UK. He is currently an ADHD and Neurodiversity Consultant for number of schools and organisations, an associate lecturer for Leicester University, NASEN, The Helen Arkell Charity and the Institute of Education.

He is a current member of the Special Education Consortium, the SpLD Assessment Standards Committee, and The CDC London, is a council member of CReSTeD and on the advisory board of the University of Michigan, USA.
